My interest with the paranormal began like many others. Throughout my childhood and adolescence I had a lot of experiences that couldn't just be explained away. Some were frightening while others were benign, but the effect was the same. Combining my unusual encounters with a healthy dose of curiosity, I became fascinated with anything potentially other-worldly. My literary tastes made the shift from sweet, happily-ever-after fiction to ghost stories and tales of hauntings. I'm an avid reader, so I eagerly devoured whatever I could get my hands on, searching for answers to the age-old question, "What happens to us after we die?" In many ways, I still search for those answers. One day, I hope to have at least a little part of the answer.

In my daily life I wear a lot of hats: Wife, mom, student, and part time florist. I love music, theater, writing, art, and having fun. It's a busy life, but it's mine!

I don't claim to know whether or not ghosts are real. I only know what my own experiences have been. I approach investigations with an open mind, but also with a decent amount of critical thinking and skepticism, and strive to discover truth.
