Brianne and Mike Larkin, because of their location, are able assist the P.A.I. in ways that could only be done in a limited fashion. Essentially Brianne and Mike help make the P.A.I. enlarge their investigative range.

Brianne Larkin's Overall Thoughts/Theories

I've always been quite the skeptic when it came to things of a supernatural nature. I knew of things that had happened that I couldn't explain, but essentially, I'd chalk it up to my vivid imagination, or explainable occurrences, (i.e. the wind, the house settling, my nerves). It wasn't until quite recently that the full reality of this subject hit me square between the eyes. Not only I was experiencing it, but others around me were, as well. We'd hear, smell and see the same things. After the experience, we'd just sit and stare at one another, not fully registering what had just happened.

Needless to say, I was terrified. I was also a little ashamed to bring it up to other people. I didn't want them to think I was a fool. Regardless of how I felt, it was something that I have had to live with for the past two years.

It's something that isn't going away, and because we can't pick up and move, it's something that I have had to learn to deal with. It's hard to deal with something you can't see or expect. It gets really hard when the subject is basically laughed about in our society today. That's when I started talking to my friend, Bryan, about it. The relief I felt meeting the group was enormous. I finally felt I had a great peace of mind, knowing we were not alone in this. Although it took some getting used to, I don't fear it, anymore.

My theories are basically all over the place about this subject. It's hard to say one way or another if all the anomalies are actual 'spirits', but it makes one think. There are times when the voices answer us and things will move around us. We can feel them move and follow them throughout the rooms. I cannot tell you if some of what we're experiencing is residual or not. It's hard to say.

As far as my feelings on Electronic Voice Phenomenon, orbs, and the like, I think they're interesting. I really didn't believe in EVP till they started capturing them in my house. I actually captured some myself. I'm still on the fence when it comes to orbs, as they are very easy to catch on film, and could be about anything. Dust, moisture, bugs, snow, reflections off bright objects, etc. all cause orbs. Until there's a concrete way to prove that an orb is a spirit captured on film, I won't be too excited about them. (The orb videos, on the other hand, are pretty neat!) I guess that's the skeptic in me.

Even though we've been on this Earth for quite awhile now, we are still just scratching the iceberg when it comes to how the world actually works. I'm a fan of science, but even the smartest man alive still doesn't know all the answers to what happens to the planet and why. When we are so wrapped up in our quick technological lives, it's hard to step back and take a simpler look at the how's and why's of nature and people. Just because we haven't found the answers to everything yet, doesn't mean that something can't happen. Maybe we simply aren't meant to find out. Maybe we're meant to take our own thoughts and theories away from it individually. It's hard to tell. All I know is that hauntings happen to a lot of reputable people. Who am I to judge their experiences?
